This is a weeknight superstar, ready in less than 30 minutes. Serve with rice and steamed green vegetables to fill up growling bellies. Dress up your drums with pretty sliced green onions and lime wedges.
Heat oven to 400oF
In a large bowl, whisk together
- ΒΌ cup liquid honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Using paper towels, pat dry
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
Bake, turning occasionally until juices run clear, about 25 minutes.
